The living conditions at about 4000 m above sea level are tough: Five of Dorje's siblings die. Also, Dorje's life is in danger. She suffers from scoliosis, a curvature of the spine. Hoping for help, the parents with Dorje and two of her siblings set off on a dangerous journey for a month through the rough terrain to Kathmandu. There they meet ROKPA Co-Founder Lea Wyler.
